via and fanout

you have to add at least one type of via at you design before you can use the fanout function.

set up via in CM:
open CM->Physical->all layers->vias(click to open a new window to add the via you want)

via examples:
VIA70-35-100 (small size)
VIA110-60-140 (large size)

when use fanout funciton:
fanout by click-> right click mouse->setup
